Angling

Angling waters on Lolland-FalsterCatch your own fish from the coast or a boat or maybe in one of the put and take lakes located around Lolland-Falster. The islands are surrounded by water and the sea is never more than 20 km away. Cast your line either directly from the coast or from one of the tour boats M/S Amigo (Gedser Harbour) or Freia (Onsevig).

On horseback

Sailing

Hop on board thepost boat Vesta and sail out to Nakskov Fjord or join the tour boat Anemonen on the Maribo Lakes and experience the unique natural surroundings.
Try also an evening sail on the Storstrømmen onboard the ferry Ida, every Wednesday from St. Hans Day through to the end of August.

Canoeing and kayaking


Rent a canoe or a kayak

The lakes and the shallow water in the sounds and fjords along Lolland-Falster’s coast are ideal for rowing and sailing.

You can, for example, rent a canoe, kayak or sea kayak and if you would like to experience the superb natural surroundings over several days, you will find exceptional camping sites to overnight along the coast.

Below the surface of the sea

Try a dive and discover the wonderful world beneath the sea. On Lolland-Falster you can become adept at scuba diving, with or without scuba tanks. Experienced instructors with a focus on safety and fun can train you all the way up to diving certificate level.
