Lolland-Falster abounds with fresh produce, which varies with the seasons. In many places, the delicious produce can be bought from the producers’ own farm shops, which are located all over the islands.

As a special treat, why not sample the delectable flavours of the Baltic Sea Dish, which is served by a number of restaurants on Zealand, Møn and Lolland-Falster. The dish is characterised by the fact that 75 % of the ingredients are produced in the region.

Wine with flavour and character

Lolland-Falster has its own wine growers who produce wine in the traditional hand-crafted way, and store it in a blend of new and aged French oak casks.
