Green Experiences on Danish Islands: Zealand, Lolland, Falster and Møn
Denmark is in the process of becoming sustainable and meeting the challenges of today’s world. Would you like to learn how we mitigate or adapt to climate change? Visit renewable energy systems including bio-ethanol plants, wind farms, bio-fuelled CHP – Combined Heat & Power sites, organic farms and farm shops. Stroll around Ecovillages and talk with craftsmen, residents or builders. Visit some of the innovative waste handling stations and experience wastefor-energy technologies. Organic agriculture and sites from farm to fork are available for arranged tours. When you get hungry enjoy a meal at an organic restaurant or shop at an organic supermarket.
