Bandholm Seaside Hotel
Bandholm Badehotel is beautifully and idyllically located on the north coast of Lolland overlooking the Småland Sea, close to Knuthenborg Safari Park.
The seaside hotel dates back to 1692, and in 1886 was newly restored in the original English mansion style and is located in the small, cozy harbor town of Bandholm with yellow half-timbered houses and old warehouses.
If you want to enjoy a wonderful summer with a beach hotel holiday, then Bandholm Badehotel is a great starting point for relaxation and well-being – however, it does not exclude a visit during the winter period, as Bandholm Badehotel is among some of Denmark's few winter-open seaside hotels. Bandholm has Denmark's oldest bathing establishment, where generations of visitors have taken a refreshing swim in the Småland Sea.
Close to the hotel is the harbor with ferry to the small islands Askø/Lilleø. In front of the hotel is a small platform, from where veteran trains pass through the forest to Maribo during the summer months.
The hotel has 43 bright and well-appointed guest rooms, 7 of which offer sea views.
