The hotel menu combines the best from Michelin-starred restaurants with local knowledge. Ingredients from Lolland-Falster are of incredibly high quality, and with them as a base, the kitchen puts together culinary experiences that are completely unique.
The ingredients are sourced from local suppliers: Herbs from The Green World (Den Grønne Verden) in Søllested, eggs and chickens from Dalbakkegaard, freshly-caught fish from Langø and organic flour from Lammehaven. As a restaurant guest, you can delight in a 4- or 7-course menu that is simply bursting with freshness.
In summer, the covered patio with outdoor kitchen and bar is open for service until well into the balmy summer evenings.
