Fejø Cider

Fejø Cider is an organic natural product made from 100% pure juice.

The product is made from real cider apples from our own orchards on the island of Fejø, where the apples are harvested by hand. The cider is wild fermented in our own cidery, with the fine bubbles formed through spontaneous bottle fermentation.

Great emphasis is placed on the dual role of both grower and producer, so you have a hand in the entire process from field to bottle. Our first cider apple orchard was established on Fejø in 1999. At the time, it was the country's only professional plantation with the special varieties for cider, and it is still the largest grower/producer of real cider apples in the Nordic region.

Cider is produced for every season, every occasion and every dish. It can be used for everything from aperitifs, to braised pork and beef, in the summer, at Christmas, with red cottage cheese, with drinks, with sushi - the only limit is your imagination.
