Hestehoved Lighthouse stands at the easternmost point of the Danish island of Falster, where the forest opens towards the Baltic Sea. Built in 1904, the lighthouse has served as a landmark for ships navigating along Falster's east coast for generations.
The lighthouse keeper's residence is privately owned, and the lighthouse is not open to visitors. It can therefore only be viewed from the outside.
