Lilleøvin

Embark on an enchanting journey to Lilleø, a little gem in the Småland Sea north of Lolland. From the idyllic village of Bandholm on the north coast of Lolland, you can sail to Askø in just 25 minutes. From here, a narrow, 600 metre-long dam takes you to Lilleø, which has only six permanent residents. The island offers unique nature experiences with old orchards stretching across most of the island.

Lilleø benefits from a unique microclimate. The shallow water around the island and the south-facing slopes create warmth and protect against spring night frosts. This provides optimal conditions for growing the wine and fruit for which the island is known.

In 2006, Lilleø's first vineyards were planted by a passionate group of food and wine enthusiasts. Under expert guidance, they set out to create the best white wine in the Nordic region.

Visit Lilleø and experience unique flavours, beautiful nature and a story of passion and dedication to wine and fruit cultivation.
