Maribo Miniature Town
Do experience the mini town in Maribo. There are about 60 small and larger cultural buildings that can be seen within the framework of the displayed town environment. It dates back to the years between 1850 and 1900.
All the buildings are built in the ratio 1:10 in the correct materials, mini bricks, mini roofing tiles, half-timbering oak tree, etc. They show the town inside the old octroi houses.
The whole project called The Mini Town has been carried out by volunteers. The workshop is situated on the road Refshalevej 1, where all the work concerning the building of the houses is carried out. The workshop is open on Mondays until Thursdays from 9 a.m. - 11.30 a.m., but closed in July and August.
