Skipperly is our gastronomic workshop – a restaurant with culinary soul, a crackling fireplace and sea view. Here you can experience the island’s sustainable, rustic cuisine –based on our own organic products from the island and from local producers.
Regardless of where you are staying on Vejrø, Skipperly is your gastronomic base – morning, noon and evening. The open kitchen is home to the restaurant’s gastronomic visionaries. Since the kitchen is based on vegetables and fruits that are present here and now, the menu is never fixed. In return, you can be sure of fresh ingredients brought in directly from the field and prepared with love and creativity.
Skipperly also boasts a farm shop stocked with Vejrø’s very own local organic products. The farm shop sells Vejrø Organic products – gastronomic specialities of Vejrø organic vegetables, herbs and meats. Dairy products, juices and eggs are also available in the farm shop.
Skipperly is the contact point and cosy watering hole for the island’s guests.
